Step 1: Create a text file with details

Create a tab-delimited text file. List the recipients' email addresses in the first column and the payment amounts in the second column. In the third column, enter the three-letter code for the currency in which the payments will be sent:

Sample file:   Paypal.txt    (don't use space, use TAB)

sales@datasoft.ws      199.00 USD

Step 2: Login for a Premier or Business account

You need a Premier or Business account with PayPal, or upgrade your existing Personal account.

Step 3: Fund your account

You need enough balance in your PayPal account. Fund your account by transferring money from your bank to your PayPal account. Credit cards cannot be used for Mass Payments. Your PayPal account must have sufficient funds to cover the Mass Payment and fees.

Step 4: Make the payments

To make a payment, click on "Send Money" then "Make Maass Payemnt". Click on "Uplaod" ,Locate and upload your MassPayment file when prompted and customize the email your recipients will receive. Click "Review" then on "Submit" to instantly process the Mass Payment.
